Davide Alberti's career path began by designing electrical systems for amusement park attractions. He then became a Technical Manager, Safety Contact Person and After-sales Manager for various companies.


After gaining experience in management and the training of technicians, Alberti decided to set up his own business while remaining an external consultant for several companies. A project which was also consolidated thanks to Davide's family support: Ornella, his wife, would over time become the contact person for the administration department.


Over the years, the company implemented and strengthened the production of pre-series, prototypes, wiring, electronic boards and switchboards. The synergic combination of different but complementary skills, together with its strong entrepreneurial vision, has allowed Ades to take over small companies and establish strategic partnerships.


In 2011 came the turning point: Ades became an S.r.l. and started to expand its facility with the purchase of a 400 sqm shed. The number of employees increased - from 2 to 10 - as did the investment in innovative technology and equipment. All to become more competitive and be at the forefront of the electrical/electronic sector.


Alberti has always guided the company towards new projects with passion and curiosity, and stimulated the personnel to achieve increasingly competitive performances. Today, the company consists of 3 efficient departments, twenty employees, a headquarter that has trebled over time, and solid expertise.


Our human capital is our most valuable resource: a team with whom we share projects and common goals. Our personnel is well-organized and some employees even work in external companies’ premises to provide constant support and advice.

We grow together, without individualism and transmitting motivation and enthusiasm to solve challenges and set the basis for constant improvement. As members of the same system, we are different but complementary and the synergy between all of us allows the mechanism to work perfectly. Together, we have developed operating procedures with targeted commitment and attention. We have always been working with a view to otpmizing processes to make our production process more and more efficient and competitive.
